सम्बेदनाहिन मानसिकता !!

नेपालीहरुको महान चांड दशैंको ठ्याक्कै महिना दिन अगाडीबाट सम्बन्धित निकायले उपभोग्य बस्तुको नाप/जांच गरिनु, अनियन्त्रिनीय  मात्रामा विभिन्न अन-उपभोग्य खाध्य पदार्थ भेटिनु र महत्वपूर्ण कुरा के भन्ने यी सबैलाई अलि शंकाको दृस्टीकोणले हेरिने हो भने यी संस्था वा बिभाग भर्खरै आएको त पक्कै हैन, न कि ति अधिकृत कर्मचारीहरुलाई जनताको स्वस्थ रक्षा गर्न स्वप्नौपदेश प्राप्त भयो होला, कतै यस्तै चाडवाडको बेला ट्राफिक प्रहरीले अनाबस्यक ठाउँ ठाउँमा लगाउने जांच/पुछ अनि १००/२०० खर्च असुल्ने जस्तो कार्यक्रम नहोला भन्न सकिन्न |

 

तर के ति कानुनी दायरा भित्र आएको निर्घिस्ट ब्यबसायीलाई दशैँ खर्च असुलेर छाडिने त होइन | अहिले को नयाँ नेपाल बनाउने सुरुआती बेलामा यस्तो कार्यलाई हत्तोत्साहित गर्न र साधारण जनताको हकहित/स्वास्थय रक्षाको निम्ति कडा भन्दा कडा कार्यबाही गरि, यसैलाई भबिष्यमा एउटा नजिर बनाउने कदम चालिनु पर्नेमा सर्ब साधारणबाट पनि जनदबाब दीने कि |

 

के ति ब्यापारी वर्गका घरमा विदेशबाट आयात गरिको  खाद्य पदार्थ वा अन्य उपभोग्य बस्तु मात्रै उपभोग गरिन्छ? हैन भने ब्यापारिक फायदा या भनौ पैसा नै कमाउनका लागि मात्रै आफ्नै बालबच्चा समेतलाई आहुति दिन तयार तिनको समबेदना कता गए?

I know how often I took you for granted

when I was growing up.
I always assumed you'd be there

when I needed you...  

and you always were.
But I never really thought about what that meant
till I got older and began to realize
how often your time and energy were devoted to me.
I wish I could tell you,
how much you mean to me....
But there are no words to say
how much I admire you...
how much I appreciate you...
how much I thank you
for everything you've done.

So now, for all the times I didn't say it before,

**This column represents my feelings for all women in my life other than mother & wife.

खाडी राष्ट्रहरुमा महिला घरेलु कामदार

हाल सालै नेपाल सरकार द्वारा महिलाहरुलाई खाडी राष्ट्रहरुमा घरेलु कामदारको रुपमा जान सक्ने अनुमती पारित गरेको छ, जसको विभिन्न संघ संस्था एवं केहि व्यक्ति बिशेष ले पनि चर्को बिरोध जनाई रहेका छन्

लैंगिक समानताको समर्थन गरि राखेको बेलामा महिला भएर जन्मेको भरमा मात्रै पुरुष सरह कार्य अनुमति नदिनु वा निषेध गर्नु कम से कम सरकारी निकायबाट हुने पहिलो लैंगिक शोषण हुन् जाँदैन ? बिचारनीय छ

समस्याको समाधान सरकारलाई गाली गरेर मात्रै हुदैन, सरकारले अनुमती न दिदाको बेला पनि झन् बढी आर्थिक व्ययभार थपेर, अनेकौ दुख: कष्ट झेलेर, अन्य नाकाहरुबाट पनि खाडी राष्ट्रहरुमा महिला घरेलु कामदार भित्रिने कार्य भई राखेकै थियो खाडी मात्रै किन अन्य बिकसित राष्ट्रहरुमा गएका कथित् शिक्षित नेपाली महिलाले पनि दुख: नपाको हो र? यु.एस., युरोप, अस्ट्रेलिया आदि मा पनि यहि समुहका महिलालाई पठाउने हुन् भने यो भन्दा बढी दुख: पाउने निश्चित छ महिला मात्रै किन अदक्ष अशिक्षित पुरुष कामदारहरुले पनि त्यही अनुपातमा दुख: पाईरहेको कुरा जगजाहेर छ

गाठी कुरा हो जनचेतना, भाषागत निपुणता, सम्बन्धित कार्यदक्षता इत्यादी कुराहरु अति नै महत्वपुर्ण हुन प्रेसर कुकर नदेखेकोलाई माइक्रोवेव जस्ता अत्याधुनिक घरेलू सामान चलाउने सिपको आबस्यकता हुन्छ, बरु सरकारी निकाय ले यता तिर ध्यान पुर्याउन जरुरि छ, जनताको तर्फबाट सरकारलाई दिने नैतिक दबावमा अन्य संस्थाहरु द्वारा पनि दह्रो प्रोत्साहन/सहयोग चाहिने देखिन्छ
